	SITE DESIGN: The site has an easy-to-follow navigation system with tabbed links to the main areas at the top of the front page. The tabs expand to drop-down menus for moving quickly to the desired areas, and internal pages have a left side menu.
	REVIEW: The National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER) Web site offers journalists, policy makers, researchers, and educators information and resources for making informed decisions about early childhood education initiatives. NIEER "conducts and communicates research to support high quality, effective, early childhood education for all young children." Accordingly, the site offers information on the status of early education access and quality, exemplary practices and policies, and public opinion.
