REVIEW:
Just Move contains resources and information for anyone interested
in keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle. There are three main
sections of the site: Exercise Diary, Fitness Resources and My Fitness.
The Exercise Diary offers users the opportunity to record their
daily fitness regimen and keep a log of their activity and how they
are meeting the goals they have set. Registration is required but
it is free. The Fitness Resources include a FAQ about exercise and
heart disease, a fact sheet that covers important subjects in diet,
physical activity and cardiovascular health, and other heart health
related topics. In the section on My Fitness users choose the activity
profile that describes their level of fitness and receive specific
suggestions for that lifestyle. Additionally, heart healthy tips
are displayed on the right side of the page as visitors move through
the site.
