REVIEW:
Looking for a different way to motivate your students to learn about history? History Happens takes the stories of people and events in history and puts them to music. For instance, On an Underground Railroad presents the story as a music video in rap style with creative pastel illustrations. Most of the stories are in audio only and include such topics as women's history, immigration, Revolutionary War, Civil War, and Native American heritage. Included is Teacher Support: resources and links to other related sites.
